Accommodations

A block of rooms is on reserve at the rate of $89/night for double occupancy at the Lane Ave Holiday Inn, near the OSU campus. The hotel is in walking distance to the workshop (approx 20-30 minutes), and provides their own airport shuttle and free parking. Please contact the hotel directly to reserve a room, and tell them that you are with the Pragmatics Initiative group.

Other hotels:

Another hotel in walking distance (a long walk) is Varsity Inn, 1445 Olentangy River road. It is also worth checking it out.

Baymont Inn & Suites (3246 Olentangy River Road, Columbus, oh, 43202, phone (614) 267-4646) is another hotel. They where having available rooms for the workshop date, but they are not in walking distance. There is a five minutes walk to a bus station, and the hotel is close to campus.

There is also Red Roof Inn (441 Ackerman Rd, Columbus, OH 614-267-9941.), but this one is not in walking distance anymore, though is not far. Campus buses go by close to the hotel.

The Blackwell (2110 Tuttle Park Pl, Columbus, OH 614-247-4000 ) is again in walking distance , but i think is expensive.
